For sale is this set of professionally modified and assembled high-performance cylinder heads, built to exact specifications for maximum power output and durability. The intake, exhaust, and combustion chambers were digitized and ported to optimize airflow, ensuring superior volumetric efficiency.
Machine Work
Precision machining was performed to configure dual spark plug angles and locations, with aluminum slugs welded in to prepare the heads for dual-plug assembly, enhancing combustion efficiency and flame propagation. A professional weld repair was carried out on one combustion chamber to restore its integrity and strength. The heads feature custom, high-quality valve train components, including the removal and reinstallation of new custom bronze valve guides, which were honed for a perfect fit.
Upgraded Parts
Brand-new custom stainless 7mm intake and exhaust valves have been cut and installed, along with competition-level valve seats and a custom valve job. The valve train package also includes PAC dual valve springs, PAC titanium retainers, and Ferrea K10114 valve locks for exceptional reliability and high-RPM performance. The combustion chamber volume was measured and equalized across all cylinders to ensure consistent performance. Finally, the heads were deburred, washed, and completely assembled with meticulously set valve drops and spring heights, ready for installation.

These heads are unique and cannot be replaced. No core is required as these are sold outright. Performance gains depend on the rest of your engine-building setup.
